DETEKCAM offers advanced spy camera detection using AI-based technology, including lens-to-lens detection, infrared detection, and magnetic wave detection

Each feature within DETEKCAM is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Simply follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the app's user guide for assistance.

Account and Profile

6. How do I create an account?

Open the app, tap on Sign Up, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to enter your email address, create a password, and confirm your password. You may also need to verify your email with an OTP, enter your full name and phone number, select your age group and gender, and upload a display picture. By continuing, you agree to DETEKCAM's Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you've read our Privacy Policy.

7. How do I log in/out of my account?

To log in, tap on "Log In", and enter your registered email address and password. If you are already registered, you can also log in using your social media accounts, and these screens will be skipped. To log out, go to the app's settings and select "Log Out".

8. How do I reset my password?

Tap on "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or SMS.

Payments and Subscriptions

9. What subscription plans are available?

DETEKCAM offers three subscription plans:

  • Intro Plan: Free (Ad-supported) - Basic camera detection, access to chatroom, notifications, community forum, and weather alerts.
  • Premium Plan: SGD 1 per month (Partially ad-supported, if paid 12 months in advance) and SGD 3 per month (cancel anytime) and SGD 12 per year- Includes everything in the Intro plan plus magnetic wave detection, infrared detection, and additional features like games, family alerts, emergency alerts, and verified places.
  • Elite Plan: SGD 3 per month (Ad-free, if paid 12 months in advance) and SGD 5 (cancel anytime) and SGD 36 per year - Includes everything in the Premium plan, but without ads. This plan offers all advanced detection features and future updates without ads.

10. How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription costs are:

  • Intro Plan: Free
  • Premium Plan: SGD 1 per month (if paid 12 months in advance)/SGD 3 per month for cancel anytime/ SGD 12 per year
  • Elite Plan: SGD 3 per month (if paid 12 months in advance)/SGD 5 per month for cancel anytime/ SGD 36 per year

11. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Consider downgrading to the Intro version to continue using some features for free.

iOS: For iPhones, DETEKCAM is compatible with iOS 15 or newer and performs best on devices with an A11 Bionic processor (iPhone 8 and newer) with at least 3GB of RAM.25.
